Le Dragon Barbu




Le dragon barbu ou l'agame barbue (Pogona Vitticeps) est un lézard de taille moyenne , généralement de 30 à 60  centimètres de longueur de la tête au bout de leur queue. Il existe une variation de couleurs de dragon barbu qui peut parfois aider à vous dire quel environnement sont ils venus.

Naturellement, les dragons barbus se trouvent dans les forêts, les savanes et les déserts de l'Australie.Ils aiment passer leur temps sur un rocher sous le soleil comme tous les  lézards. Ils sont actifs dans la nuit et ils se nourrissent principalement d'insectes, les grillons et les vers. En plus ils sont des lézards territoriales et s'ils sont gardés comme animaux de compagnie, ils devraient avoir un assez grand espace.

Les Dragons barbus sont généralement douce par la nature et rarement vous entendez d'un dragon barbu agressive, en particulier envers les humains. En fait, les dragons barbus n'attaquent pas quand ils sont menacés, ils gèlent, gonflent leur gorge, et peuvent changer couleurs.

En général les agames barbus sont en très bonne santé, et leur durée de vie est de 6 à 14 ans, mais contrairement a certains lézards, les dragons barbus ne re-poussent pas les queues, les es jambes, ou toute autre chose. Donc, si votre dragon barbu a perdu sa queue, il ne sera pas repousser.
